America’s Family & Moving Services LLC is a household goods broker licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We are not a motor carrier and we will not transport your household goods. We arrange for the transportation of your household goods by an FMCSA-authorized household goods motor carrier, whose charges are determined by its published tariff. Any estimate we provide is based on the carrier’s tariff, and the carrier is required to make its tariff available for public inspection upon reasonable request.
Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposit Policy: A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your move date and secure carrier availability. The deposit amount is stated on your written estimate.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order for service at any time by contacting us at (561) 229-0572 or STEPHENJVECCHIO1991@GMAIL.COM. We maintain records of each cancellation request and its disposition for three years, as required by 49 CFR § 371.117.
Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. This includes cancellations made before the date an authorized household goods motor carrier has been scheduled to pick up your property. Please review your written estimate carefully before paying a deposit.
